DeMartino is in the process of deciding between two tenants with over 20 years in the restaurant business to help make his vision a reality, he said. The restaurant will specialize in pizza, with a coal and gas oven for pizza, something not seen before in Middletown, DeMartino said. The upper level will include a lounging area with couches, a piano and a 45-foot bar. With 7,000 square feet, the building will house 60 taps on the lower level and another 20 on the upper level, with local craft brewery tap takeovers, DeMartino said.
